Screen Cleaning
Cleaning window screens should be done at least twice a year to keep them in good shape. The cleaning of window screens mounted on the outside of your home is especially important to keeping your window cleaner, longer.
Hard Water Stain Removal
Hard water stains form on windows that are exposed to over-spray from lawn sprinkler systems. Mineral deposits in the water collect on the glass and appear as a hazy, white film. If left on the glass, this film will etch the glass over a period of time. Your windows can be safely restored by our window cleaning specialists using a chemical application, eliminating the risk of expensive window replacement. Our chemical application can rescue glass that has been stained and restore it to like-new condition.
Gutter Cleaning
An important and often overlooked part of home maintenance is to keep the gutters and downspouts clean and free of debris. If debris collects in the gutters, it can impede the water from draining properly and cause water to run over the edges, which can lead to foundation problems or leakage to basements.
In the winter months, clogged gutters can also contribute to the formation of ice dams, which prevent water from flowing off of the roof. This happens when snow on a roof melts and then refreezes at the roof's edge. As more water continues to melt and refreeze, the dam builds and prevents water from flowing into the gutter and away from the home. Standing water behind the ice dam can back up under the roof shingles and penetrate the roofing material, causing interior leakage. To avoid costly repairs, let us clean the gutters on your home at least twice a year, preferably in the spring and fall seasons.

Roof Safety Anchorage
1-14.1 is a standard created by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA). The standard was created to provide a safe environment for building owners, tenants, and workers. This standard assists property owners to establish and maintain a “safe work place” for contractors using suspended access equipment, i.e., window cleaners, glazers, waterproofers, etc. By complying with the ANSI/IWCA 1-14.1, the property owners have done all they can to provide a “safe work place.”
Since the publishing of the ANSI/IWCA 1-14.1 standard, inadequate anchorage for contractors using suspended access equipment is now a “recognized hazard.” In the event of a mishap and the inevitable litigation, the most frequent asked and crucial questions are the following: What was done to prevent the accident? What could have been done to prevent the accident?
In complying with the ANSI/IWCA 1-14.1, the property owner is protected against these potential liabilities.
